For your convenience, you can place your order three ways:
Through our secure website www.belengiftandbasket.ca. You will receive three emails (automatic order confirmation, automatic delivery/shipping confirmation, personalized delivery confirmation or tracking number). You can also reply to any of the above emails with your questions, concerns or comments.

When placing an order, please ensure that the 'ship to' address is correct, including Company names, Recipient name, apartment numbers, postal codes and telephone number.
SENDING GIFTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
After you choose your gifts and are ready to check out you will be given the opportunity to send them to Different addresses by simply clicking on "Send to more than one address" at the top of page. Checkboxes will appear next to each item in your shopping cart.
* Choose the item (or items), select the quantity you want to send to Address #1, and proceed with the checkout process.
* At the end of the checkout process click on "Ship to Address #2."
* You will be returned to this same shopping cart with the same selection of items to repeat the process with your next address.
* A running total will be displayed so you can keep track how much you are spending.
* For your convenience and security, only your billing address is saved -- all you need to enter is the shipping address for each recipient and your credit card number.
GIFT PRESENTATION
Gift Baskets come wrapped in cello, tied with ribbons and adorned with a hand-made bow. At checkout time you will be asked to type in a message for the card accompaning your gift or basket.
In addition, due to the popularity of some Gift Baskets, Belen Gift and Basket reserve's the right to substitute certain products contained in the baskets or the baskets themselves. We will most often substitute with products that are similar and of the same or greater value.
Depending on the season, and product availability, some gourmet items may be substituted - but always, for those of equal or greater value. During the hot summer months, we reserve the right to substitute certain delicate, fast-melting chocolates.
You can request that your non-basket gift items be beautifully wrapped and tied with a hand-made bow for a nominal fee of $5.00.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. *For transaction approval, please make sure that the billing information entered on the order form matches the address on your credit card.
TAXES
Applicable taxes will be collected for orders delivered within Canada. Orders delivered in the USA are tax-free.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Gift Baskets - Due to health and safety reasons, food baskets are not returnable but non-parishable baskets may be returned.
For gift baskets returned to us because the recipient did not reply to delivery notices, refused the package, or the address was incorrect/incomplete the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card less shipping cost and a 25% fee.
Gift Products - if an item arrives damaged we will be happy to replace it. Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a Gift Return Number (GRN) to place on your address label. Returns will not be accepted without a previously obtained GRN.
WINE GIFT POLICY
Due to alcohol regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) regarding Liquor Delivery Services the recipient of a gift containing liquor products must pay a nominal fee of $10.00 upon receiving the gift. In return for this fee BelenGiftandBasket.ca will offer the recipient a gift card of equal or greater value to a major Canadian gas retailer. In addition, Wine gifts can only be delivered to residential addresses. We hope this will make up for any possible inconvenience. Also note that BelenGiftandBasket.ca is licensed by the AGCO to deliver liquor in the Province of Ontario.
PLEASE NOTE:
We reserve the right to request that the item be returned to us before being replaced.
For your protection, use an insured courier to return items and retain your shipping receipt for parcel tracking.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit - restocking fee on gift products is 15%.
